In the development of our PM Series of stepping motors, we have pursued cost reductions, and improved functionality, through the use of injection molding. Our motor sizes range from an outer diameter of 10mm to 55mm. We offer an extensive product line-up, allowing you to select the optimum motor for your requirements. Applicable products include the PL type, with lead screw shaft, and the PG type, with attached gearbox.

The most outstanding feature of the PL Series of lead screw motors is the adoption of an injection molded lead screw and thrust bearing which use our patented molding technology.
This construction has led to improved productivity as well as reductions in the frictional load and moment of inertia. We can thus promise you products of a high quality, coupled with a high performance. According to your requirements, brackets, lead screws (screw pitch, length etc.) and FPCs can be made to order.

This newly developed geared motor uses a molded planetary gearbox. Large reduction ratios can be realized in a compact size, along with high output and high resolution. The controllability that characterizes our PM motors has also been maintained, allowing for simplification of the system structure and easy handling.
